It is an honor to serve as Legacy Christian Academy’s President. Whether it is in the classroom, on the athletic field or in a performing venue – our students make us proud.
The 2011-2012 school year marks Legacy’s second year. Built on the strong academic and spiritual tradition of the former Meadow Creek Christian School, Legacy is moving forward in all aspects of providing quality Christian education. Roads are being built and utilities are being brought to our new building site in Ramsey and we anticipate an official ground breaking in the spring of 2012. That tremendous upgrade in our facility will partner with new curriculum, a commitment to inquiry based instructional techniques and our infusion of cutting edge technology into every facet of our education program. Our model of developing the whole child; intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, socially, and physically guides our strategic planning. We believe that excellence brings influence and that our graduates will positively impact this world.
Legacy is an interdenominational Christian school. We are intentional about integrating our Christian faith into all that we do at Legacy. Our faith is not an excuse to retreat into isolation but instead is a call to service as we live out Jesus’ words to love God and our neighbor. Throughout this school year we will emphasize the development of Christian Character traits as we look at what it means to be a leader in our community and in our world.
