Winter Sports typically begin in mid-November.

Our boys hockey program is back for more under the great leadership of Steve Larson. Please take a look at the following important dates:

November 5th, Monday – All parent/Player Meeting at Legacy starting at 7:00pm

November 12th, Monday -First Practice of the year

November 27th, Tuesday - First Game vs. Robinsdale Armstrong at Home at 7:30pm

High School Girls Basketball Information:

Girls Basketball is almost here.  Make sure that you are aware of all those important dates:

High School(8th-12th Grade) Boys Basketball Information:

Winter Sports seasons are just around the corner and our boys basketball program is excited about the upcoming season.  It is important that you know about a few dates regarding the upcoming basketball season.

November 5th, Monday – All parent/Player Meeting at Legacy starting at 7:00pm

November 19th, Monday – Start of the first practice for 8th-12th Graders. Practice Schedule on R-School.

December 1st, Saturday – First game of the season

5th – 7th Grade Boys Basketball Information:

We are once again upon another exciting year of boy’s basketball here at Legacy Christian Academy.  We have some important meetings coming up in November.  Please attend these meetings and take note of these important dates:

November 5^th, Monday – Parents meeting at Legacy starting at 7:00

November 5^{th -}  Registration deadline for basketball

December 3rd – First day of practice

January 12th – First Tournament

There will be some changes this year as our boys will be playing in Saturday Super saver tournaments.  The Super Saver format allows teams to get three games in one day. The ideal format allows teams to play three games in six hours, with one hour scheduled between each game.  The timing factors are two 20-minute running halves with the last two minutes of each half being stop time.  Super Savers are conveniently located throughout the metro area.

We are really excited as this will open up many great opportunities for our young middle school athletes, such as:

• Set schedule of practices
• Set Game schedule for the given days will be easy for parents to access, with much less change at the last minute
• Even competitive levels that match our boy’s levels
• Overall, good time for the family

Here is how the season will look for the different grade levels:

5^th-8^th grade – will play 4-5 tournaments on Saturdays

8^th grade – will play HS C Schedule, Plus 2-3 tournaments

Practices will start the week of December 3^rd and will run two times per week until Christmas Break.  After Christmas Break tournaments will start up.

February 9^th

February 23^rd

March 2^nd (Optional if parents would like another tournament)
