Ski /Board Club is open to all 5th-12th-grade LCA students interested in recreational skiing/snowboarding. There is room for 40 members.
Membership Fees and Transportation
- Membership is $205
- Checks to LCA are due by Dec. 7, 2011
- Guest fee is $45; guests approved by Mr. Manske prior to any trip
- Membership fee covers lift ticket and transportation for 5 of the 6 trips
- If interested, you can go on all 6 trips for an additional $30
- Rental is an additional cost as outlined below
- Limited space on the bus, so those who check in early – first come, first serve
- You are more than welcome to bring your own equipment
- Families are welcome to come with or join us at the hill at discounted rates
Rental Fees
- Afton: $18 skis or snowboard – pay at rental counter
- Trollhaugen: $18 ski or snowboard – pay at rental counter
- Welch: $20 ski or snowboard – pay Mr. Manske
- Wild Mountain: $20 ski or snowboard – pay Mr. Manske
Ski/Board Lessons
$0-5 depending on which hill (Mr. Manske can also help you with instruction.)
Season Schedule
The bus leaves promptly at the departure times and $5 will be charged every 10 minutes past departure time. No club members may drive themselves. We will stop for food on the return trips.

Depart LCA: 2:00 pm
Arrive at Destination: 3:30 pm
Depart Destination: 8:45 pm
Arrive at LCA: 11:00 pm
We will not go if wind-chill is -5 or temp is below 0.
