Home of Legacy Lions Athletics

At Legacy, athletics exists to train disciples of Jesus who are courageous competitors for Christ. Every practice, every game, every season is an opportunity to reflect the character of Christ, pursue growth, and impact others through sport.

Core Values

Pursue Christ-likeness

Whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked. (1 John 2:6)

Intentional Discipleship

What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also. (2 Timothy 2:2)

Courageous Competitors

For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. (2 Timothy 1:7)

Coaching for Transformation

Coaching for Transformation (CFT) equips our coaches and athletes to disciple through sports—on purpose, with purpose.

Each coach creates a Game Plan that focuses on:
→ Spiritual development
→ Character building
→ Team cohesiveness

Through training, tools, and evaluation, CFT ensures that every Legacy coach leads with clarity, alignment, and Christ-centered intentionality.

“I named every single Section opponent that we could be facing in my team devotional. We, as Legacy Christian Academy, were the only school that had Christian in its name, which I explained was an opportunity to be a light to all of these other schools. We could be different.” —Solomon Kardell ’25, Student Athlete

Home of the Legacy Lions Arts

At Legacy, the arts are a vibrant expression of faith, creativity, and community. Whether singing in harmony, playing with passion, performing on stage, or creating in the studio, our students use their God-given gifts to glorify Him from kindergarten through senior year.
