  • Briefly share your personal Christian testimony and faith journey plus how you would integrate your Christian faith into your position at Legacy.
  • Explain the authority the Bible has in the world and in your life.
  • List the church currently attending and any church and/or Christian service activities in which you are presently involved.
  • Describe your regular methods of personal, spiritual growth.
  • Briefly describe your personal style of coaching and what personal strengths you use leading a team.
  • What skills, abilities, and strengths do you possess that make you an effective coach?
  • What evidence exists that suggests that you motivate and inspire student-athletes?
  • Describe a discipleship/mentoring relationship that you have had with a student in the past few years.
  • Describe how you engage with the topic of gender identity. Briefly, what are your personal views on this issue?
  • Describe your philosophy of Christian education and what motivates you to work at a Christian school?
  • Strength and Conditioning applicants must send an example of a four-week training program for a high school athlete. For planning purposes, coaches can organize their plan as if they were going to train an athlete three times each week for 60 minutes each training session.
