All education that leaves out God is superficial teaching and leads to an incomplete understanding since they leave out the source, the interpretive key to all truth. Through our students’ academic and personal journeys, it is our ultimate goal that students will know and love God, think biblically about all subjects, understand that ultimate joy is found in living for the glory of God, and that everything needed for life and godliness comes from knowing Christ (2 Peter 1:3-4).

Because God is the beginning, middle, and end of all things (Romans 11:36) and because all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ (Colossians 2:3), the study of the Bible, Christ, and the practice of personal spiritual disciplines is the foundation upon which all other disciplines rest. Nothing exists without God creating it; therefore, truth comes from and finds its ultimate meaning and end in God. Therefore, nothing can be fully understood apart from him.
