My child has my permission to attend the STEP AHEAD: Explore Legacy Shadow Day on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. I understand school that this event is held from 7:25 am - 2:10 pm at Legacy Christian Academy. I will drop my child off in the Sports Center Lobby (Door 6) at 7:25 am so he/she can meet his/her shadow. I approve of the lunch provided and have listed any allergies/health concerns above. If my child has any life threatening conditions, I understand it is my responsibility to make that known both on this registration form and by having a personal conversation with Lynda Domino at 763.316.6250. I will pick my child up from the Sports Center Lobby (Door 6) at 2:10pm.
